ys dwell in Jeru
The Lord dwells within us, we are a Jerusalem - our dwelling place, wherever it may be is our
little Jerusalem. We don't walk where Jesus walked...we walk where Jesus walks - now. Our
"space" is a dwelling place for the most high. We stand on holy ground, every minute of every
day, because He lives with in. This is not an allegory, it is fact. Our heart, soul, spirit and body
contain the ark, which is the spirit of the Living Christ. The homes we live in are the day-to-day
tabernacle of the works of the Lor
Verse 4-5 tells us that kings [the enemy] joined together and came to attack the city, but when
they saw it they were amazed, and they ran away in fear. So it should be with our "Little Jerusalem".. the enemy should see it, be astounded and run away in fear. Why? Because the power of the Lord reigns in our Little Jerusalem, and it is an awesome and fearsome power to His enemies.
In 1978 the Lord impressed on me the need to lay hands on all the walls of my dwelling places, and pray the covering of the Kingdom, the blessings of the Kingdom and the glory of Jesus Christ to the north, east south, and west. Over the years I have done this - much to the chagrin of family and friends. 33 years later He revealed to me the purpose (perhaps it was only me who took so long to "get it"). We live where we live by His will ... he has a purpose for us - wherever we are, and however we got there. The important part of this is that the world see Him in that dwelling place, and recognize Him. (see verse 8-9).
It isn't about us, it is about the war in the heavenlies. It is about letting the love, power and beauty of Jesus Christ being so celebrated that every person on the planet will recognize the homes and the people with whom Jesus dwells. They will say "Look! That's where Jesus lives! Look at the towers. Look at the strength. Look at the beauty! Look at the joy! Don't I wish I had a home like that?!?"
We are the dwelling places of the Most High. We need to be celebrating that. We need to ask ourselves "Do they see Jesus when they look at me".. not "what do I look like..." Our homes need to have the fire of the Holy Spirit blazing into the night sky, and the joy of the Lord shining every morning - so that those who pass will see Jerusalem, the City of our God. (the photo isJerusalem at sunrise...this is how the world needs to see us!)
I pray this teaching and revelation blesses you today, and that you will always dwell in Jerusalem. ♥
