The name This Little Light of Mine is representative of the flame that lives in every child, giving them hope and warmth and the will to survive. Unfortunately that light is all too often snuffed out by abuse and neglect. At This Little Light of Mine, we believe in preserving that light where damage has occurred by supporting treatment, and we believe that we have a responsibility to protect that light from damage by heightening awareness and being mindful of signs of abuse, every opportunity we have. We also believe that we have a responsibility, not only to our own children, but to all children, to encourage them in faith in God, and in their relationships with others so that they have the support system that they need in order to be fruitful.

This company was built in order to accomplish two very important things, and in all things glorify God :

First, to generate a source of income that would in turn generate additional income (in the form of donations) for a foundation that serves to aid in the treatment and prevention of child abuse. You become a part of this important cause with every purchase, as a portion of the profit from each and every item sold is donated to the treatment and prevention of child abuse.

Second, To raise child abuse awareness in the community and within the family unit by offering products that inform, support, inspire, and delight children, their parents and the relationship between them. Our general goal is to "light up lives one child at a time", and we very much hope you will join us!
